Our first Skills Demonstration takes place next Tuesday, 23rd Oct at Donegal Equestrian Centre. This demonstration will include a full grooming of a horse. Below are the instructions for your Brief. Please sign the Feedback sheet to show that you have read this.
Brief
(1)In one or more skills demonstrations, candidates will be observed carrying out a broad range of animal grooming tasks
(2)The skills assessed will include one or more complete or partial grooming procedures.
(3)Candidates will demonstrate adherence to safe working practices and good rapport with the animal throughout the skills demonstration.
(1) Finish notes from Animal Grooming powerpoint (post below)
(2) Complete Mind map on Animal Grooming notes
(3) Research and write up steps involved in the grooming of any small animal of your choice. (approx 2 pages with appropriate images)Email this to me @ animalcareplc2012@gmail.com by Friday 12th
